This chart is for the moment
of the first attack on Kabul by US and UK forces. Points of
note include Saturn, due to retrograde motion only 6 minutes
away from its position when the Twin Towers were attacked
on September 11th. The Moon is conjunct Saturn, and incidentally
also conjunct Vesta. The Moon is close to the Ascendant, and
exactly opposite Pluto, and, incidentally, the asteroid Pallas.
The Sun is in a close square
with Jupiter, at the same point where Mercury was at the time
of the attack of the World Trade Centre. Jupiter is still
opposing Mars. It's a classic configuration for a religious
war. In addition, the Sun is trine Saturn, allowing the long
term effects of the prevailing Saturn-Pluto opposition to
be developed, and enabling the protagonists to organise secretly
and tp plan effectively in detail.

Should we have known?
Tuesday, September 11th, 2001
is a day that will long be remembered for the
infamous attack on the World Trade Center in New York, as
well as on the Pentagon in Washington DC. So, could astrologers
have predicted it?
Astrologers all over the world
are asking themselves this question. Some are saying, no,
of course astrology cannot predict specific events. Personally,
I do not see astrology as merely an indicator of trends. I
think astrology does truly tell us what is coming if only
we are looking and listening in the right place. It's no good
looking up at a blue sky to tell the weather that is coming
if we ignore the dark cloud coming over the horizon behind
us. It has become fashionable to say that astrology merely
indicates trends, or guides our inner development. If we have
a hunch that something enormous is going to happen,we are
almost afraid to say so.
The signs were there for the
looking.
For weeks, no, months, astrologers
have been talking about the Saturn-Pluto oposition and its
likely effects. This opposition forms the backdrop to events,
and will be in the wings for another seven months.
